- Undergraduate degree programs are open to high school graduates.
- When applying, BSc graduates and MSc students must have CGPAs of 2.80 or higher.
- Citizens of Turkey must have an ALES score of 55 (quantitative) to qualify.
- For strong candidates near this threshold, a GRE General Test score of 153 (quantitative) is required for non-Turkish citizens or Turkish citizens outside Turkey.
- The TOEFL IBT score must be at least 87, the IELTS must be at least 6.5 with at least 5.5 in each section, or Bilkent COPE must be at least C.
